Real Estate Broker’s Examination

It is now one year since I took the Real Estate Broker’s Examination. In the span of one year there are many experiences that have taught me to become patient with this profession. Not so many people know the test and trials a broker is going through.

I would like to thank the Lord for His continuous guidance to me for granting me the grace to be in this Profession, to my loving mother, to my sister Christy, my family who has been very supportive to me all this time, to my best friends Gina and Perry,  my colleague in REBAP MRCI, Clients whom I have served for the past year, Owners, Developers, every person whom I have encountered, inquired about, you have been a part of the molding process that I have gone through. Indeed being a broker is not just the passing of the examination, it requires patience, perseverance and faith that God is there all the time. It has been a year of tremendous blessing from the Lord.

For those who have taken the Broker’s Examination today I wish you all the luck. I hope that you will pass this exam so I can welcome you in the world of Real Estate Brokers.
